Travis Dandy is a native of Oregon, an activist, HLF soldier, a member of the Village council and previously served of Tent City III's council in Seattle. Travis says, "It is important that the homeless problem be visible. As long as the homeless are ignored, the flaws of capitalism will remain hidden. Change starts by making the problem visible."
