The Visioning team has been working on creating a vision of what we want our campground to be. We brainstormed and came up with these attributes for a good camp:

Camp Principles

Sense of place.
Democratic/Community government/community meetings.
Self-sustaining.
Affordable/voluntary simplicity/reuse/recycle.
Industry/income/skill building.
Vouchers/rent vs work/chores.
Options for involvment.
Leadership skills/mentorship/support networks.
Fundraising for the community by the community.
Sober vs A/D camp.
Non-violence:
     Sister's philosophy of gentle personalism.
     Hate free zone.

Spiritual awakenings/growth/celebration.

Be a place to develop as human beings/evolving.
